Luckily there are no real rules on using the head rest. Simply clip the ends of the headrest strap to any point on the hardware or chains on the swing. Place the padded portion of the headrest behind your neck or head and relax!

Non-Screamer Swings

If you are using a sex swing other than a Screamer Sex Swing, there may be no place to clip the universal headrest directly to the swing.

So we have included 2 loops. These loops can be wrapped around the cross bar or other portions of the swing giving you a point to connect the headrest to.
